The Natural Elements Spa at Grace Harbor offers luxurious spa manicures, spa pedicures, facials and scalp, face & foot treatments, provided by NC Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists. A sumptuous lounge, steam and sauna rooms compliment the spa offerings for guests and residents.
The workout floor, available to lodging guests (closed to guests during Phase 2.5 of NC Recovery) includes: a state of the art cardio theater overlooking the marina, WaterRower rowing machine, a full selection of weight machines, free weights, medicine balls, kettle bells, mats and foam rollers. The studio floor features a class TV, spin bikes and barre for BYO fitness streaming and on-demand classes. Personal training services can be booked as well.
